Motivated to meet your circus goals but don’t know where to start?

Circus Mobility offers training programs customized to fit your needs. Each program starts with an evaluation of your goals and values. After completing an strength and mobility assessment, we send you a program with videos and/or descriptions of each exercise to help you achieve your goal. After the first three weeks of the program, we check back in to evaluate your progress and make adjustments.

What you get:

  • help refining your goals
  • a plan that aligns with your time, access to gym/studio space, and other commitments
  • a plan with 20-30 exercises that has variability targeting the strength, mobility, and technical requirements of the skills you’d like to level-up
  • a 30-minute initial online consultation to refine your goal and establish mobility and strength baselines
  • a 30-minute follow-up online consultation with an expert coach to make real-time program adjustments

What you need:

  • smart phone or computer access to your customized workout plan with written instructions and/or reference videos for every exercise

This is a fully customized program with your unique needs in mind whether you are trying to nail your inversions or keep up with your back flexibility while on tour. If you’re willing to put in the work, but just need the right plan, then this program is for you. Get started today by making a one-time payment of $150 (normally $225). An additional 1-hour online session can be added for $40 for new clients only. Other 30-min add-ons are $35.
